By purchasing a ticket to the Fractal Festival, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions: The ticket holder acknowledges that they may be photographed, filmed or recorded during the Fractal Festival, and gives Centropy Entertainment CC the right to use any such media for promotional purposes. The ticket holder acknowledges that they attend the Fractal Festival at their own risk, and releases Centropy Entertainment CC from any liability for loss, theft, injury or damage to persons or property.
The ticket holder agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the Fractal Festival, as determined by Centropy Entertainment CC, and any violation of these rules may result in the ticket holder's expulsion from the event without refund.
The ticket holder acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending the Fractal Festival, and will not hold Centropy Entertainment CC or any of its affiliates or employees responsible for any harm that may come to them.
