11 December Sunset Yoga

Join us for an hour of embodied flow, breathwork, and meditation with silent disco headphones.

This week we will be opening with delicious ceremonial grade cacao to open our hearts and energise our bodies.

All levelled movers are welcome.

This is your space to move, express, and pursue a higher frequency.

18:15 to start at 18:30 - 19:45

Bring a big beach towel to practice on.

If the weather isn't suitable the tickets are usable for any future session.
