One of the most exciting aspects of Bike Town is the ambitious attempt to set a world record of 4500 Bikers. Bikers from across the country will converge to create history by achieving the most motorbikes on the road during the festival. ALL U/18’s ATTENDING THE EVENT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
NO UNDER 18’s will be allowed consuming alcohol. If caught with alcohol, the individual will be removed from festival site. No refund will be available
Public Parking will be available! Parking at OWN RISK!
Drugs, Weapons & Sharp objects are prohibited at all times and THE EVENT ORGANISER carries a zero-tolerance policy. This applies to both the consumption and sale of drugs. Visitors will be thoroughly searched at the entrance. Persons found to be in possession of drugs will be immediately handed over to the police.
Weapons & sharp objects are strictly prohibited. Objects that could be used as weapons will also be confiscated at all times.
Neither the event organiser nor anyone working for the event is responsible for any personal item or property that is lost,
damaged or stolen during the event.
On entering the event you agree to release THE EVENT ORGANISER and it's staff, officials, representatives, affiliates, sponsors and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, negligence, actions and causes of actions whatsoever for any loss, claim, damage, injury, illness, legal fees or action arising out of your participation at the event. This release extends to any claim made by your family, estate, heirs or assigns arising from or in any way connected with the aforementioned activities.
THE EVENT ORGANISER reserves the right to refuse individual entry to the event at all times.
THE EVENT ORGANISER reserves the right to amend the events policy at all times.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE. It’s your responsibility to treat your ticket as cash. No under 18 will be allowed without parental supervision ( Mom or Dad )
THE EVENT ORGANISER reserves the right to make (live) video/Photo recordings on location at the event using both image - and sound carriers.
These recordings may be used by the organization without any form of remuneration in the form of money.
THE EVENT ORGANISER is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from inaccuracies in, or problems caused by or inherent to,
the spread of information by Internet, or technical malfunctions.
THE EVENT ORGANISER is not liable for loss or damages either to visitors' property or physical condition. Persons who commit misconduct in any manner whatsoever shall be removed from the venue immediately.
VISITORS ATTEND THE EVENT ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK.
Bringing professional/semi-professional photographic equipment to events is prohibited, unless agreed upon otherwise by means of an assigned press accreditation. Normal digital or other cameras however are permitted.
