Learn how to prepare nutrient-dense, fresh and balanced food to super-charge your energetic frequency.
In this workshop, Storm Rodger will teach you high-level skills on cooking holistically, nutritional eating and sourcing ingredients to make high-vibrational meals.
Learn how to make a starter and main course through a detailed and interactive demonstration, with time for questions, tastings and guidance. The final course will be a sweet treat,
The menu is always gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free and grain-free; we will focus on
the nutritional & healing elements of the recipes, ingredients and food groups.
This will be an informative, dynamic, experiential, fun workshop with live food demonstrations and communal dining.
What to expect on the day:
After an immersive demonstration and cooking workshop in The Shed, we'll dine communally and enjoy a fresh, healthy lunch together.
Our resident Farmer, Paul Boyter will host a short talk and foraging walk through the edible gardens guests may take home a limited selection of goodies from the garden at R250.
R950 includes the demonstration, lunch, and garden foraging tour.
