The Ndlovu Youth Choir management and board has made the difficult decision today to postpone the sunset concert show scheduled to take place at Boschendal Wine Estate this coming weekend - 20th December 2020.
“We understand and support the choir’s decision not to travel or perform in light of the alarming rise in cases of COVID 19 and their need to protect the wellbeing and safety of their choir members, team and concert-goers,” said Georgie Davidson, CEO of Boschendal Wine Estate.
“We believe this is the responsible thing to do, but apologise for the inconvenience it will cause. The event will be rescheduled in early 2021, at a point when the risk has decreased and The Ndlovu Youth Choir are able to visit us."
All tickets will remain valid for the new event and Boschendal are encouraging ticket holders to hold onto their tickets and support the performers at the future event. If you are unable to attend the concert on the new date, standard refund fees of 5% will apply. “We remain committed to aligning our activities with the national and local protocols issued to help prevent and minimise the impact of the virus and will continue to monitor and reassess the situation and adjust our operations as necessary,” concluded Davidson.

Regular ticket holders can bring their own blankets & chairs, VIP guest will be given chaired seating & our Executive Seats will be issued with a variety of comfy beanbags.
Boschendal Market Stalls will sell a variety of delectable treats, farm inspired foods, wine & drinks.
Boschendal adheres to strict COVID protocols, all social distancing & sanitizing will be adhered to at all times.
If this event is cancelled, rescheduled or curtailed, Event Protect will provide a simple and fast refund process. You can apply directly to Event Protect for a refund. Provided the event has been accepted and is covered by the Programme, which is underwritten by "A" rated insurers, your application will be managed through Event Protect. Please note communicable diseases such as the COVID-19 Virus is not covered by this Policy.
