CELEBRATING AFRICA’S HIGHEST WINNER-TAKES-ALL CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE BUILDING CHALLENGE, THE LIGHTNING BOLT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED FOR THE 12TH OF NOVEMBER 2022 TAKING PLACE ON SHORTMARKET STREET, CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA.
The one-of-a-kind event is enhanced by our flagship dealer network, riders’ groups and local provisioners, and supported by our lifestyle partners. Complementing it all is a full music programme, excellent hospitality services, and entertainment that will run throughout the day and well into the night.
A panel of judges, led by an international guest judge from The Golden Bolt, will judge this unique motorcycle build competition.
The final prize is R250.000 winner-takes-all. Never on this continent has prize money of this size been awarded for a custom motorcycle build.
