Should the event be cancelled due to COVID government-imposed regulations, then all entries shall receive a 90% refund on the entry fee or your entry can be, at your request, held over to the following year’s event. The bank and online fee is unfortunately non-refundable. Should the event be cancelled for any other reason other than negligence on behalf of the organisers, or should a participant not be able to make the event for whatever reason, including illness, then the below refund policy will be applied

More than 90 Days – 80% refund
60-90 Days – 50% refund
30-60 Days – 30% refund
0-30 Days – 10% refund
