Before the Event

1. If you cancel your purchase 91 days or more prior to Check In (1 Nov), a cancellation fee of 20% will apply (Non-refundable deposit).




2. If you cancel your purchase 90 days or less prior to Check In (1 Nov), a cancellation fee of 100% will apply (Non-refundable ticket) – may be transferred or re-sold.

Special Circumstances
If you can provide us with proof that the person for whom, or for whose benefit, a ticket was purchased and will not be able to attend the event because of his or her death or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of that specific ticket and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the service charges.
