The client agrees that the organisers of this event shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any act, error, deficiency or omission for any loss, injury, accident, illness, disability or death arising out of the performance of this engagement. The client expressly assumes the liability for all such risks and holds the organisers and their respective employees and agents harmless for any accidents, claims, losses, damages, expenses or liabilities, including death, disability, injury or loss or damage to the client or to the client’s property, which may occur during this engagement.
